Dungeon Perks

Perks are passive bonuses that drop from enemies, are found in chests, or are earned from hidden treasure rooms. Every perk has a rarity tier, a trigger condition, and a stacking rule. This page lists every perk in the game with its tier, effect, and the dungeon floor or biome where it most reliably appears. Pair it with the Difficulty Modes page for how difficulty affects perk drops and Builds for perk combination guides.

The game is single-player. There are no codes for perks.

How perks work

Perks are passive effects. They stack by type: up to 3 copies of the same perk can be equipped, with each copy adding +50% of the base effect. A perk at 3 stacks is significantly stronger than a single copy.

Perks drop from:

  • Enemies (most common)
  • Chests (Guaranteed at least 1 perk from every boss chest)
  • Hidden treasure rooms (see Hidden Treasures)
  • Secret shops (random rotation)

Perk path guide

The game has 3 biomes. Perks drop in specific biomes at different rates:

Gallery (Floors 1-3): Common and Uncommon perks dominate. Rare perks are possible but uncommon. Good for building a foundation.

Aeolia (Floors 4-6): Uncommon and Rare perks. Epic perks begin appearing. Fire and Ice perk families are strongest here.

Krii (Floors 7-9): Rare and Epic perks. Legendary perks have a small chance on any kill. The hardest biome but the best perk variety.

Boss chests always contain at minimum 1 Epic or better perk.

Best perk combinations

Beginner survivability: Thick Skin + Regen + Second Wind + Shield Bearer. Glass cannon speedrun: Glass Cannon + Berserker + Vampiric + Inferno. Gold farming: Gold Magnet + Lucky Drop + Gold Rush + Merchant Soul. Boss fight: Phoenix Rising + Arcane Shield + Titan’s Grasp + Time Warp.
