Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Tresna NPCs
Vendors, Jane the Blobector, Spark, and the rest of Tresna's counters.
Tresna is a town of counters. If someone has a name in Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, they probably sell a resource, a recipe, or a problem. This page is the NPC directory for Andrei, Eris, Tomo, Babyl, Nou, Ms Scratch (Doña Guita), Julien, the Weird Prisoner, Zane Jane, Spark, Bloblets, the Countess, and Masa. Will and Moloch sit on the Characters Hub. Shop loop details sit in Shopkeeping. Gold gates that spawn vendors sit in Vault unlocks.
Hold F on the map to jump to an icon once it exists. That bind is on Controls.
Andrei
Andrei is Rynoka’s blacksmith, still at a Forge. After your first shop open and a Kalina run he sells Merchant short sword, large sword, spear, and gauntlets for four Sun Eaters each. He hands the Everlasting Fury recipe after that same first run. Later quests (Old Days, New Tech) gate Sun and Moon Ballad. When Vault IV pays the Burning Hammer, Andrei is the man who crafts every Ultimate melee for 2,000 gold plus Echo Links, Moon Flowers, or Oneiric Stones. If a weapon guide says “talk to the blacksmith,” it means him. He is also the friendly face who makes the Old Broom look like a joke instead of a lifestyle.
Eris
Eris runs the Witch Hut south of the shop. She is the arcanist: potion count, potion potency, health, and the dungeon perk room. Hidden-treasure quests from Eris point at extra rooms in Kalina Day and in the Gallery Exhibitor Wing (Heartbeat Hunter). If you die with one sip left, you under-invested here, not at the Forge. She is not the first game’s Wooden Hat clone; the hut is still “go here to stop being made of paper.”
Tomo
Tomo is Will’s childhood friend, now running Trade Research by the bridge. Her first big quest, The Archeologist, wants Echo Links from The Gallery’s Exhibition Wing and is what makes Gallery feel like a job. Research rows raise relic quality multipliers per rarity, extra chests, materials, and Deluxe drops. If your stamps look right but the till is small, you skipped Tomo. She is the NPC who makes the relics list actually pay.
Babyl
Babyl is the squid-like gunsmith on the right side of town. Blob Gun is already yours. Any Gallery run (win, die, or leave) plus a visit unlocks Blo-Beam. Later he is in the chain for The Rectifier after The Curator, and he is the voice on several Gallery tasks (including the red-pill style challenge). Guns are his building. If you are still punching fliers, you have not walked east.
Nou
Nou (with Anacard) runs Silent Exchange in the south: the material shop. Once you have found a material in the wild, Nou often sells more of it for gold (Sun Eaters and Echo Links in the 2,500 band, Moon Flowers and Oneiric Stones higher). He also appears on dungeon ? tiles with perks. Weapon Mastery from Nou and Anacard is the cruel joke: beat any boss with the Old Broom. Herald is the kindest target. Nou is how you stop being gated by a fourth Sun Eater when the desert will not drop one.
Ms Scratch / Doña Guita
Ms Scratch is the landlady who throws Will into the tutorial desert with a backpack and a debt. Spanish players meet her as Doña Guita; same person. She runs the Voucher Office for Blob Voucher cosmetics and, after Vault progress, she stands at your door offering shop expansions (the first widely reported price is 25,000 gold for level 2 and extra showcases). She is not warm. She is how the shop grows. Decor from her is cosmetic; furniture with stats is the Countess. Do not mix the two wallets.
Julien and the Weird Prisoner
South of the square, after Vault II, a portal shows an arm. That is the Weird Prisoner. It asks for 500 gold. Pay it. Julien, the old rival from Le Retailer, climbs out. Achievement text calls this Return of the Retailer. Julien runs Tailoring: patches on the backpack (Twinkle Token and friends) that raise relic quality, gun damage, potion heal, rerolls, and similar. He also hands Aetherium Heart and later mask quests once Aeolia is open. The prisoner is the gag. Julien is the vendor. You need both facts because the map icon looks like a horror prop until you pay.
Zane Jane / Jane the Blobector
Zane Jane is the Pet Seller. Players also call her Jane the Blobector. She stands left of the shop after a bridge. Talk to her to start Bloblets. Dungeon tasks pay a special currency; Jane is where you adopt. The how-to (first town pet does not count for the rescue achievement, first dungeon rescue does, 30 pets, shop bonuses) sits on Bloblets. Patch context sits on Blob-Life. She is not Eris and she is not a combat trainer. Hold F once the icon exists.
Bloblets
Bloblets arrived in the Blob-Life Balance Early Access update (20 May 2026) and stayed for 1.0. They are small companions you rescue through dungeon tasks, pay for at Jane, and park in the shop for temporary relic-value and tip bonuses until closing. There are 30 in total: 10 Kalina, 10 The Gallery, 10 Aeolia. Rescue 20 for the collector achievement. Shop level 4 arrived with Jane. Shop level 5 in 1.0 adds another Bloblet slot. Petting the first town Bloblet is an achievement; that town pet does not count as a dungeon rescue. They are shop creatures with outfits, not a melee class. Full routing: Bloblets.
Spark
Spark is a 1.0 endgame merchant. Walk Tresna after the story pushes you into the last shop rank and the last Vault beats; Spark is not a tutorial vendor. Endless Void Armour in 1.0 scales extra crit damage per Spark perk, which is why recaps name Spark next to the armour. If the map icon is missing, you are still in early keys, not underleveled. Spark does not sell Bloblets. Jane does that. Spark does not craft Merchant swords. Andrei does that. Treat Spark as the late-game counter you visit after Version 1.0 has opened the last doors.
The Countess
The Countess (Comtesse) sells Homeware on the east side: showcases and furniture that change tips, rarity bonuses, and how a shift feels. She is easy to skip because Ms Scratch already sold you a rug. Do not skip her. A showcase that pays extra on Uncommons will print more gold than a cosmetic torch. She is also the quiet NPC reviewers called under-written; her mechanical job is still real.
Masa
Masa is the pocket-sized burglar from the first game, age 9 on the plaque, trapped in a glass case at the start of The Gallery’s Treasury Halls. The sign warns you not to hit the case with Aetherium, which is the joke: you must hit it with Aetherium Heart. Craft that large sword via Julien after Senda’s King’s Left Mask. Freeing Masa is the Pocket-sized Burglar achievement and unlocks the Combat Rod spear. He then hangs around Tresna being nine. Bring him up on the weapons list if you want the rod; bring him up here if you want the kid.
When an NPC is missing, you are usually missing a Vault key, a biome visit, or 500 gold for an arm. Walk the map icons, then the Characters Hub.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Who is Doña Guita?
The Spanish name for Ms Scratch, the landlady who owns your shop situation, sells voucher cosmetics, and offers paid shop expansions.
How do I unlock Julien?
Reach Endless Vault II, find the portal south of the shop, and pay the Weird Prisoner arm 500 gold. Julien then sells patches.
How do I free Masa?
Craft Aetherium Heart, equip it, and smash his glass case in the Treasury Halls. Julien's Aeolia quest line supplies the recipe.
Where do I buy extra Sun Eaters?
Nou's Silent Exchange, after you have found the material at least once in Kalina. He also sells other craft goods for gold.
Are Bloblets required?
No. They add shop bonuses and cosmetics. Talk to Zane Jane (Jane the Blobector) left of the shop after a bridge, then follow the Bloblets guide. Combat still runs on weapons, perks, and potions.
