Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Moonlighter 2 Editions
Standard, Deluxe, Game Pass, demo, and Silver Lining physical boxes.
Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is one game sold several ways. Version 1.0 launched 2 September 2026 on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2. The digital standard price is $29.99. There are no redeem codes. This page is the SKU sheet: what you buy, what is cosmetic, and what is the same 1.0 file with a box around it. How to play sits in Getting Started. Hardware sits in System Requirements. Patch history sits in Version 1.0. Official store URLs sit on Links.
The mid-page trailer is Silver Lining’s physical announcement, not a different combat path.
Digital standard, Deluxe, Game Pass, demo
Standard digital is the full 1.0 game: story conclusion, Bomb Path, shop level 5, Hardcore, Infinite Vault, Endless weapons, Bloblets, Boss Rush, the three biomes. Steam app 2350790. Microsoft Store carries the same PC build. Console storefronts launched with 1.0, not a leftover Early Access branch.
Deluxe Edition (Steam bundle) is the standard game plus three DLC apps that also sell separately: Zen Patio Pack (Steam 4935250, $4.99) — Andalusian and Japanese shop cosmetics plus Tresna entrance dressing; Original Artbook (5026660, $4.99); Official Soundtrack (5031290, $9.99) by Christopher Larkin. Zen Patio is cosmetic furniture, not a perk path and not extra Vault gold. If you already own standard, those three packs are the patio and the booklet, not a new dungeon. Steam’s Deluxe bundle stacked an extra −10% on top of the launch sale.
Xbox Game Pass carried 1.0 on day one (Premium / PC / Ultimate listings). That is a license to play the same build, not a unique balance branch. Steam Deck is Verified. A demo exists (Steam 3670000, plus a PS5 trial); use it to test the live spec sheet on a laptop or a Deck before you spend $29.99. The demo is a taste, not a second SKU with codes. Steam Cloud is on for the PC save.
Early Access on PC started 19 November 2025. Those saves continue in 1.0. You do not repurchase Greed and Glory or Blob-Life. They are inside the finished game.
Physical editions — 13 November 2026
Silver Lining Interactive, with Digital Sun and 11 bit studios, announced boxed copies for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC on 13 November 2026. That is two months after digital 1.0, not a later patch branch. The cardboard holds the same merchant loop: dungeon, backpack, shop, Vault.
Two retail SKUs:
- Standard Edition — a copy of the base game. Nintendo Life listed €49.99 (or regional equivalent) via Silver Lining.
- Collector’s Edition — listed at €79.99. Housed in a display box. Contents announced by Silver Lining: digital artbook, four postcards of concept art, three embroidered iron-on patches, poster, holo sticker of Will, diorama sticker sheets, and a metal coin charm. RPGFan’s shorter list omitted the coin; the publisher sheet includes it. This wiki follows Silver Lining.
Physical Releases notes that the ESRB-rated Standard is aimed at major retailers, while the Collector’s Edition was announced as a PEGI-only product with pre-orders through Silver Lining Direct. Region stickers and shop stock can still move; if a shelf SKU disagrees with that split, the box in your hand is the authority.
None of those trinkets change shop prices, Vault gold, or Hardcore rules. A metal coin is not a fifth melee class.
What every edition shares
Single-player. Will only. Three story dimensions (Kalina, The Gallery, Aeolia). Lifetime Vault gates 10,000 / 50,000 / 120,000 / 200,000 / 500,000, Vault VI as a Blob-Life narrative key without a published gold number, Vault VII at 300,000 in one shop day. Gold is not consumed to flip those switches. Platforms in facts on this wiki stay Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2.
Deluxe furniture and Collector’s stickers do not replace the Countess. Shop rank 5 still wants gold you earned. Bloblets still want Jane left of the shop. Julien patches still want Vault II and 500 gold for an arm.
If a listing promises extra perk paths, extra players, or redeem strings inside a box, it is wrong. If a listing promises the 1.0 story, Bomb Path, and the cube, it is describing every real SKU.
How to choose
- Steam / console digital standard if you want to play tonight. $29.99, or $20.99 on Steam’s launch −30% sale through 16 September 2026.
- Game Pass if you already pay the subscription and only need a weekend in Tresna.
- Deluxe if you want the patio cosmetics and the digital artbook/OST on top of the game you were buying anyway.
- Physical Standard in November if you want a Switch 2 / PS5 / PC box on a shelf.
- Collector’s if you want the display box, patches, stickers, poster, postcards, and coin. Confirm PEGI versus ESRB before you import.
- Demo if your GPU is a question mark. Then read system requirements.
Soundtrack is still Chris Larkin on every disc. Unity 6 on every disc. No multiplayer on any disc. Bookmark Links for Steam 2350790, Digital Sun, 11 bit studios, and Discord. Come back here when a store page shouts “bundle” and you need to know whether the extra is a rug or a dungeon.
